Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@shopoutofbounds.ca. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Please note:
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
* Clearance or sale items
* Gift cards
* Customized or personalized products
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
