Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase (except on weekends and holidays). Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier. International customers are responsible for all customs/duties that may be applied to your order. Free ground shipping in Ontario on all orders over $100.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and not eligible to be returned.
Make sure to include return/exchange instructions and order number in your email to ensure the quickest turnaround time. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours during EST Business hours.
- Must be shipped for return within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be in new condition with original tags still attached
- Washed items will not be accepted
- Must not smell of smoke, cologne or deodorant
- Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping
Once your item has been received and processed, your total amount (minus shipping costs) will be refunded back to your original payment method. This can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
