Shipping policy
Orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties or taxes applied to their order.
Ground shipping is free within Canada on orders of $150+.
Free returns and exchanges within Canada
To request a return or exchange, email contact@shopoutofbounds.ca with your order number and instructions. For eligible Canadian orders, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. Replacement items for approved exchanges are also shipped free. We normally respond within 24–48 hours during Eastern Time business hours.
Requirements
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be new, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
- Items showing wear, washing, smoke, cologne or deodorant cannot be accepted.
- Free return and exchange shipping applies to eligible orders within Canada.
- International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
- Clearance items are final sale.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
