Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied to their order.

We offer free ground shipping within Canada on all orders over $150.

Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please email contact@shopoutofbounds.ca.

Please include your order number, whether you are requesting a return or exchange, and any relevant instructions so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

You should receive a response within 24 to 48 hours during EST business hours.

Return and Exchange Requirements

• Items must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• Items with signs of wear, washing, smoke, cologne, or deodorant will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
• Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
